The Australian Hong Kong partnership, will not bid for the casino resort project in Sentosa Island in Singapore. The Australian media and gaming group Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd. and the Melco International Developments Ltd. from Hong Kong are expected to declare about it during the beginning of next week.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald they will make a public declaration about it after they will meet and reach a formal agreement.
Another Australian company who planned to bid for the project, the gaming group Tabcorp Holdings Ltd., decided to remove their bidding.
PBL and Melco declared last week that they are walking away from the building of the first casino at Marina Bay Singapore. Tabcorp announced at the end of last year about removing the bidding of the Marina Bay project.
