Atlantic City Casinos may be going nonsmoking after all.

It was less then a month ago that the Atlantic City Council and the Casino Association of New Jersey came to a compromise to avoid a total ban on Smoking in the City's casinos. A New Jersey resident gave birth to a baby boy on the floor in one of Atlantic City's casinos.

A Woman came into one of Atlantic City's casinos to play the Penny slots, and hoped to win some money but instead she left with a new baby bay.
